Do you think that is correct making a new os with new kind of design and gestures, and use a stuff that is minimaliste, and has a total other kind of philosophy and has an other license in which we could not have so much liberty for making changes that we want in direction of our need ?
We can use it as it is, yes.Someone could only port it into the market and maintain it if the os interface evolve. hoho, i see now how complex could it be.
You know, if you can't have the control on things and naturally can't force someone to do it. If you must all the time adapt it as you can but not optimal. It is better to do the thing that you want adapted to your system by yourself.
kde connect is a nice minimalist interface, no doubt. But you can't integrate it in the system (see the jolla licensing system). and you just can port it as a third part, and find someone to maintain it. not really great
